just, wow.
if portability wasn't an issue, i would own that amp. seriously amazing. but i've known this for years. it's like a twin reverb with an awesome preamp. my only issue with it is the seperate footswitches for everything. make me one giant footswitch, like on a Mark IV (i guess V, now).
looks like i'll be doing some 4CM with my Subway Rocket in the next week or so, to see just how close i can get.

It's cool when you find amps that you vibe with like that. I haven't had that in a long time. I was pretty stoked with my rig last night at rehearsal with the Tele. It sounded better with that guitar than the strat I posted in the video. Might have to do another video with that guitar.

That's one amp I've always wanted to own.

Not always true. Before my amp was repaired the Strat sounded better with it. The strats sound better with my Bassman, too. I think I've hit a nice combination though. It works nice for my current crop of gigs....

But, yeah, the Tremoverb is a great amp. My favourite Mesa is still my DC-5 though.

just smells funny. :o
also, let's all appreciate how i can argue why teles are better than strats AND that the Jackson Soloist is the best evar in the same breath. :D

i've been running the 4CM with the Mesa and it's everything it should be. one of these days, i'll bring it to rehearsal and see just how close to the Tremoverb i can set it.

it's what happens when you want some effects out front, and some in the loop. first time i heard it was in reference to a BOSS multi-fx unit a few years ago.
