Ditto. We all should make some sort of MWGL pact or something.

Its not fair, isnt that your job?

If i got paid to excersize, i'd be WAY more motivated. ;D

U guize r funny... ;D

Actually a "support group" wouldn't be a bad idea...I used to do better at the gym when I had a workout partner guilting me into doing what I needed to....

There's one!

I'm actually putting together a group to run the Surf city Marathon (5k portion) February 1st...I'm doing it as a fundraiser for my Cancer charity but my selfish motive is to keep myself on track in a public way....folks have to pay their own fees but if they contribute even a little to the charity I'm going ot get T-shirts made....not the most exciting thing but I thought I'd give it a try...

This book got me from couch potato to runner...iots a "run walk" program designed to get you moving without too much discomfort...

You might be ready for his other books....you've been running this year, right? It might be good to poke around his website...

Yeah i was actually running/walking (usually 10 mins run, 1 min walk) 5 miles a day. I was doing it during lunch at work. But when the heat really took off this summer, it just made it way too difficult. (we dont have showers here ;D)

And i need to sorta ease into my day, so i think just after work is going to be best.

Thats the hardest part, fitting it into your schedule...
