It's Tom Harkenriders amp...he's not sure what year or model it is exactly since they used this cabinet for a number of amps and it's not very stock anymore as you'll be able to tell from the pictures

It's actually very responsive. I wouldn't try any pedals with it...it's definitely a 50's era amplifier in that regard. I was surprised to see how much of it new or not original inside...even the speaker is from a Thomas organ. Tom had it apart today because it started making strange noises on his gig last night and he needs it for tonights gig....

Why does it have so many knobs?

I've got an Allen Organ 15" from the '60's.

I think there are two distinct channels...I didn't really get any time to mess with it since Tom had a class starting.

How does that speaker sound?

the black and silver one is the 1964 Silvertone that I didn't sell (it's been reboxed) and the green one is a Peavey Penta that I need to sell.
