I know. I just don't know if it would be unloadable for a profit and I haven't seen what shape its in yet. I'm trying to keep my money liquid for when we actually get a house...and theres the danger that I won't want to flip it once I get it in my hands...

I'm not even looking at it..no investments like that are worth sinking money in for me at the moment...

That would be a great deal, but that would hard to let go of once you had it. And in this economy there is no guarantee you would actually be able to flip it anytime soon if you could let it go.
