Actually, would you include my bottom level Audix mics as part of the shootout? I'm curious to hear exactly how they compare...

So far I have:
ATM25, ATM250DE, AT 4047, AT 4050, AT 4041, AT 4033, AKG 451B, AKG D220, RE20, Sennheiser 421, E609, E602, SM57, Beta 57, Beta 56A, EV 408B, and Waymire's stash of MXL stuff.

So did it include the Audix mics? I have a D6 and an i5 that I use regularly for drums. I'm curious to see how they measure up.

I sent my mic collection up with Tyler so there is an Audix D6 in the mix as well. I also have a complete drum mic set from Audix that they tried as well...
