I slept a solid 6 hours, but the second my eyes open my brain starts churning....too much on my plate at the moment, I guess...

I usually sleep really well - once I get to sleep. That can be an issue though. It sometimnes takes two or three hours after I go to bed to fall asleep...

I was a horrible insomniac until my son was born. The whole experience of distubed sleep patters for several months actually put me back on track for some reason...I also just quit caffeine and that is helping me get to bed earlier, too....

I got a solid 4.5 hours of sleep. couldn't get to sleep last night to save my life :(

Morning Mark and all.

Im finally back to my normal routine, so i didnt have to be here until 8 am. Sadly though, my body started getting used to the other one, so i was awake by about 430 today, UGH.

Hopefully i'll return to normal soon.
