Preferably either an 80s movie (because I likely have it on VHS if its an 80s movie) or somehting that just came out on DVD since it will be available on demand.
Im guessing mark is the only one that will respond in time haha, so fire away Mark.

Hm. Empire Strikes Back is probably my number one favorite movie of all time. Which of course means tha I have seen it about 6000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 times and have to really be in the right mood to watch it anymore or it gets boring, since I can quote it line for line :D
I heard transformers sucked. Did you like it?

Maybe I will have to check it out. I remember wanting Soundwave SOOOO badly, and I remember it was 30 bucks at every store at the time, which of course was big money to a kid.
I finally got it for Christmas one year and didnt know what to do with myself. I regret never getting Megatron or Optimus Prime, though I had a knock-off version of Megatron :D

Whats funny is that Transformers were just a little after my time so I wasn't hip to any of it when I watched the movie....

Best 80s movie site there is. I have used that site to find locations for many a movie. I am a total nerd and I love to see real photos of where my favorite movies were filmed.Even better if I can actually visit them haha.
When my wife and I went to NYC a few weeks ago, one of the things I wanted to do was find places from some of my favorite movies, and I actually was able to.
Men In Black:

The Godfather (the church where Connie's baby is baptized, mixed with scenes of hits of the other bosses)

And, of course, Ghostbusters

Very cool...New York is full of great stuff like that...have you seen the Tom Hanks movie "That Thing You Do"? The Pennsylvania home town was actually shot in our historic downtown area....

If you go a half mile up this street you'll find our studio on the corner....

Actually I havent, even though I do consider Tom Hanks to be one of my favorite actors. I have seen most of his movies but managed to miss that one. I will have to check it out.
I DID see this while in NYC though ;D

But did you get to play it? ;D
"That Thing You Do" is pretty cool...fun music and pretty good story.
They also shot the mall scene from "Kindergarden Cop" at our Mainplace Mall...

Dammit...I love Kindergaten Cop. If I were to take a trip JUST to see movie locations it would be Astoria, Oregon, where that AND even more importantly "The Goonies" was filmed.
I didnt get to play the piano, there was a line and honestly, we were both SOOOO tired the last thing we wanted to do was stand in line. HOWEVER, if I knew how to play Heart and Soul or Chopsticks, I assure you I would have waited all day if I had to to get on that thing and play them just like in the movie.
I am such a dork

I'd like to see pics of wings as well. ;D
Chihli, have you ever seen a movie called "The Big Kahuna"?
No action, its a movie based on a play. Pretty much takes place in one room the whole time. DeVito and Spacey are amazing. Contains lots of christian vs secular issues, both sides well represtented, i can relate to it very very much. I absolutely love that movie. Might be worth a try.
For mindless action, i always thought Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man was a lot of fun.

That thing you do is probobly my favorite Tom Hanks movie...I've watched it way too many times...
I know this is last nights post, but tonite I would watch either The Warriors or The Driver...two AWESOME late 70's movies...Rock Star is also a cool movie...Mark Wahlberg, came out 5 or 6 years ago.
The new Transformers was kinda lame, but I love the old TV show and the animated movie that came out in 86. I also always really wanted a Soundwave as he was my favorite, and also a Blitzwing (Tank/Jet/Robot). Those G1 toys are really expensive...Soundwave goes for 40-50 bucks now a days on ebay. (Yes, I know I'm nerdy :D)
